is managed
by Annette
Horwitz. The
department
is
especially
known for
working with
sectional
title law
and has a
reputation
for being
one of the
best in this

specialised
field. We
work closely

developers
from the
purchase of
the land to
the sale of

properties.
Our Property
Law
department
is be
involved in
the town
planning and
development
process. We
also assist
with
drawing up
agreements
that a
developer
needs,

Rules
governing
the
body
corporate/property
